  • ABC First Aid (RTO): As our registered training organisation partner, they receive participant details necessary for enrolment, assessment records, and the issuance of nationally accredited certificates under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
  • Website hosting provider (Hostinger): Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which may process data as part of delivering hosting services.

  • Legal or regulatory authorities: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
